Adding a New Project

1. Copy the template — duplicate template.md and rename it to your project slug.

   docs/projects/your-project-name.md

2. Fill in the sections — update overview, hardware BOM, software setup, and tasks.

3. Register it here — add a row to the Active Projects table above and add the page to the sidebar in docs/.vitepress/config.mjs.
